What happens next?
Most clients start with our contingency hiring service. Before we open a search, we use a short scoping call to understand the role, the must-have skills, and the working hours you need. Some searches also require a $500 kickoff deposit.
After kickoff, we send initial profiles within 3-4 business days and fully vetted profiles within about 10 business days. Fully vetted means phone screens, assessments, intro videos when useful, and reference checks before you make a final decision.
